Class and Workshops During COVID-19 Lock down

COVID-19 safe Tai Chi classes

I plan this summer to have two Tai Chi classes a week outdoors weather permitting. On the days which the outdoor Tai Chi classes are held there will be no 10 AM live classes.

Tai Chi is a health exercise routine that naturally requires the practitioner to have their personal space (social distance) so it can be performed in a socially healthy and safe environment. The practicing of Tai Chi outdoors naturally gives you that sense of freedom and being one with the universe. It enhances the meditation aspects and helps you maintain the peace within. Outdoors is the natural environment for the complete mental, physical and spiritual practices of Tai Chi.
Please join us on this journey to maintain a good sense of well-being while maintaining tranquility within.
To all students near and far the workshops and seminars are being scheduled for July and August. If you wish to participate in these workshops, please email me so I will have an accurate count of attendees.
The cost for these workshops is $30 per workshop or $50 to attend all workshops.
